Single Account Policy

Under 11223's policy, each individual may hold only one account. Multiple accounts cannot be created using the same mobile number, the same national ID, or the same bank or mobile banking account. Different members of the same household may maintain separate accounts, provided they each have a distinct national ID and phone number.

Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by emailing support@11223.world. Please withdraw your balance before closing your account.

Deposits at 11223 can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. There are no deposit fees — the full amount you send will be credited to your account.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100.

Currency

All transactions on 11223 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Payments in foreign currencies are not currently supported.

Rollover Requirements

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after placing a specified amount in bets. This is known as the rollover or wagering requirement. For example: a ৳500 bonus with a 10x rollover means you need to place ৳5,000 in bets.

• Only successful bets count toward the rollover calculation.
• Once a bonus is accepted, the rollover must be completed within the specified time period.
• If the rollover is not completed, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• Generally, you cannot claim a new bonus while one is already active.

Reward Points

All betting and gaming on 11223 is governed by specific rules. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed.

Sports Betting

• If the odds change at the time of confirming your bet, the bet will be placed at the new odds (or cancelled, depending on your settings).
• If a match is cancelled or the specified conditions are not met, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• In-play betting may be suspended at any time based on live match conditions.
• If a match is delayed or postponed, the bet will stand if the match kicks off within 48 hours; otherwise, it will be voided.

Live Casino & Games

If your connection drops during a Live Casino game, the game state is saved on the server. Once you reconnect, you will be able to see the result. If a round is cancelled due to a technical error, your bet will be refunded.

11223 has a strict zero-tolerance policy toward all forms of fraud, manipulation, and dishonest conduct. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using another person's account or payment method.
• Transactions involving money laundering or illegal funds.
• Exploiting technical glitches or errors on the platform.

The 11223 security team monitors every transaction and betting pattern. If any unusual activity is detected, the account will be immediately suspended and investigated.
